Jason J. Liss is a trial attorney at Fabian, Sklar & King, P.C. Jason was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1993 and has over 15 years of courtroom experience in all areas of personal injury litigation including fire and explosion cases, complex insurance disputes, medical and legal malpractice, police misconduct, premises liability, automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents and other catastrophic losses. Jason is currently responsible for overseeing Fabian, Sklar & King, P.C.’s personal injury litigation as well as working on complex liability cases.
Jason has achieved multiple million-dollar settlements on behalf of his clients and has aggressively litigated hundreds of lawsuits. He has argued successfully in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. Jason is active in the legal community, serving as an arbitrator and as a guest lecturer for the Michigan Association for Justice. He is a long-time member of the Michigan Association for Justice and sits on the organization’s executive board where he plays an important role in protecting victims’ rights in Michigan.
Jason earned a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Michigan in 1989 and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1993.
